Healthy Kids Day


Saturday, April 18th 2020

Drop the kids off at the Y for fun themed activities while you enjoy a night out! Swimming, Pizza, Gym Time, Games and Movies! For ages 4-12yrs

Healthy Kids Day is the Y’s national initiative to improve health and well-being of kids and families, and features activities such as healthy eating, healthy mental development, safety during recreation, literacy and making healthy social choices to motivate and teach families how to develop healthy routines at home. Also, several local agencies are expected to attend and bring along informational packets and interactive activities for the families attending this event, which is open to the public.
