About Us

Here at the YMCA we know that lasting personal and social changes come about when we all work together. That’s why, at the Y, strengthening the community is our cause and every day we work with our neighbors to make sure that everyone has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. Worldwide the Y serves more than 45 million people in 124 countries and it is accessible to all people. Here at the Y we know that healthy lifestyles are achieved through nurturing mind, body, and spirit. Beyond fitness facilities, we provide educational programs to promote healthier decisions, and offer a variety or programs that support physical, intellectual, and spiritual strength.
